Oh no! We got caught up all the way! This is not acceptable. How will we handle only 1 comic a week?
I just love that chair. It’s so 70’s. Don’t ever have them get rid of it.
The only problem with the chair is, why do people so young have such a great mid-century modern chair? Every now and then I try to come up with the backstory for this chair.
Potential back stories for the chair
1) They got really lucky at a garage sale (my parents got a wonderful dining set for far less than it was worth because the man selling it wanted it to go to a young family just starting out)
2) One of them inherited it during a remodel of a family home.
3) Former tenant of the apartment left it behind
4) Nice landlord, saw what was being moved in, and offered them a run through stuff former tenants had left behind but landlord just hadn’t gotten around to junking yet.
5) Lucky find at the second hand store that didn’t realize what they had.
